3rd-i Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

Current giveaway details are always published at 3rd-i.com/giveaways. These rules apply to the giveaway below and to each monthly giveaway that names this page as its Official Rules.

1. The current giveaway

• Prize: $250 Aritzia gift card, approximate retail value $250.00.
• Winners: 1 winner.
• Entry period: 12:00:00 AM ET, September 1, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM ET, September 30, 2026.
• Winner announced: October 5, 2026.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored and administered by 3rd-i Technology Inc. ("Sponsor"), Miami, Florida. Questions can be sent to support@3rd-i.com.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 (or the age of majority in their state) must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free and both count equally.

• Complete onboarding: download the 3rd-i app, create an account and complete onboarding during the entry period. This earns 1 entry automatically.
• Refer a friend: each Successful Referral during the entry period earns 1 additional entry. A "Successful Referral" means a new user who signs up for 3rd-i through your referral link and completes onboarding during the entry period.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, duplicate accounts or other automated or fraudulent means are void and may disqualify the entrant.

5. Winner selection and notification

The winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, conducted within 5 days after the entry period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner is notified through the 3rd-i app and, where available, the contact information on their account, and must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is delivered digitally unless the Sponsor states otherwise.

6. Prize conditions

No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms. Aritzia is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not affiliated with 3rd-i. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this giveaway in any manner.

7. Publicity and privacy

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and last initial in the app and on 3rd-i's social channels without further compensation. Information submitted with an entry is handled under the 3rd-i Privacy Policy.

8. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a monthly giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Apple Inc. and the prize issuer from any claim arising out of participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize.
