3rd-i Referral Program Terms & Giveaway Official Rules

Effective Date: August 18th, 2026

Referral Program Period: Ongoing, beginning August 18th, 2026, until terminated by 3rd-i as described in Section 8. Giveaway Entry Periods: Each giveaway will run for a discrete period as posted at https://3rd-i.com/giveaways, which will specify the entry period, number of winners, and prize(s) for that period.

The 3rd-i Referral Program (“Program”) is operated by 3rd-i Technology Inc. (“3rd-i,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Program Terms (“Terms”), our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

NO PURCHASE OR REFERRAL IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Entry Upon Signup: If you create a 3rd-i account (i.e., complete sign-up) while a Giveaway Entry Period described above is active, you will automatically receive one (1) complimentary entry into that giveaway. No referral, purchase, or other action is required. See Section 4 (Giveaway Official Rules), “Onboarding Entry,” below for full details. By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree that 3rd-i, or a representative acting on 3rd-i’s behalf, may contact you by phone, email, or both regarding your entry, your giveaway status, or the Program generally, using the contact information associated with your account.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create an account or participate in the Program.
  • If you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
  • Legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years old are eligible. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of 3rd-i Technology Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
  • 3rd-i reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request proof of identity or age.

2. What Qualifies as a Successful Referral

A "Successful Referral" occurs when:

  1. A new user downloads the 3rd-i app using your unique referral link or code;
  2. The referred user completes account registration; and
  3. The referred user has not previously created a 3rd-i account.

By submitting a referral, you represent that you have the referred individual's permission to share their contact information with 3rd-i for this purpose, and that any invitation you send complies with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA where invitations are sent by email or text).

Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated systems, or any attempt to manipulate the Program are strictly prohibited. 3rd-i determines referral validity in its reasonable discretion.

3. Points & Rewards

Each Successful Referral earns:

  • 100 points
  • One (1) giveaway entry (see Section 4)

Points may be redeemed as follows:

Minutes

  • 100 points → 100 minutes
  • 250 points → 250 minutes
  • 500 points → 500 minutes

Subscription Rewards

  • 100 points → 1 month of Solo Plus
  • 200 points → 2 months of Solo Plus

Reward Conditions

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Points may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • Rewards apply only to eligible active accounts.
  • Points may expire after 12 months of continuous account inactivity.
  • 3rd-i may modify reward thresholds, redemption values, or benefits at any time, effective prospectively.
  • 3rd-i may revoke points or rewards if fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

4. Giveaway Official Rules

Entries into the applicable giveaway may be earned as follows:

Every eligible user automatically earns a giveaway entry simply by creating a 3rd-i account (signing up) during an active Giveaway Entry Period. No referral is required to enter or win.

  1. Onboarding Entry: Each user who completes account onboarding during the entry period receives one (1) free entry, automatically credited, regardless of whether they make or receive any referral. For purposes of this Section 4, “completes account onboarding” means that the user has created a 3rd-i account and completed the Service’s standard account registration (sign-up) process; no additional profile-completion or other post-registration step is required to earn this entry.
  2. Referral Entry: Each Successful Referral (as defined in Section 2) earns one (1) additional entry.

No purchase, payment, or referral is required to enter or win. Completing onboarding alone is sufficient to be entered on equal footing with entries earned via referral; making referrals only adds additional entries and does not create a separate or advantaged prize pool.

General Conditions

  • No purchase or referral is necessary to enter or win. See the Onboarding Entry method above (i.e., simply creating a 3rd-i account during an active Giveaway Entry Period).
  • Number of winners and prize(s) for each giveaway period will be posted at https://3rd-i.com/giveaways prior to that period's start.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable period.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Prizes may include gift cards or other items determined by 3rd-i. Individual prize values will not exceed $600.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. 3rd-i reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Winners will be notified by 3rd-i or a representative acting on its behalf using the contact information on their account and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • 3rd-i, or a representative acting on 3rd-i’s behalf, may contact any entrant by phone, email, or both regarding their entry or participation in the Program, including to notify winners as described above.
  • If a winner is a minor in their state of residence, 3rd-i reserves the right to award the prize to their parent or legal guardian.
  • Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. 3rd-i will issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes as required by law.
  • By accepting a prize, winners grant 3rd-i permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Program, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

3rd-i reserves the right to suspend, disqualify, or terminate any participant who:

  • Creates fake or duplicate accounts
  • Engages in self-referrals
  • Uses automated systems or bots
  • Attempts to manipulate referral tracking or entry counts
  • Violates the Terms of Service

All decisions regarding referral validity and reward eligibility are final and binding, except as otherwise required by law.

6. Release of Liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless 3rd-i, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Program or your acceptance or use of any reward or prize, except to the extent caused by 3rd-i's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3rd-i is not responsible for: technical errors; delayed, lost, or untracked referrals; unauthorized access to accounts; or errors in reward calculation. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

8. Modification & Termination

3rd-i may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any giveaway at any time, with or without notice, including in response to fraud, technical failure, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disaster, war, or infrastructure failure) that affect the Program's integrity. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Program will be resolved as set forth in the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions of 3rd-i's Terms of Service.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
