Discreet Connection to 3rd-i Safety Agent
One-tap SOS instantly sends your livestream and live location to 3rd-i Safety Agents who can monitor your stream and escalate and send all info to 911 if needed. Requires “While Using” or “Always Allow” location access.
Critical Alerts (Apple Approved)
Emergency contacts with “Critical Alerts” enabled receive a 7-second Amber-Alert-like sound that bypasses Do Not Disturb, along with your address and a notification of your emergency.
Trip Dispatch Details
Tapping Help during Trip Mode instantly shares your live route, destination, and active stream with 3rd-i safety agents to monitor and escalate and send all info to 911 if needed.
Group Chat Emergency Dispatch
Emergency contacts can trigger an SOS from the app. Dispatchers connect both parties in a group chat to confirm details and share critical information, reducing response times by 15–45 minutes.
Trigger Emergency for a Friend
As an emergency contact, you can trigger an emergency for a user. You'll see their last known location, which you can adjust by dragging a pin to pinpoint their exact position, especially in large buildings.
Recordings
Streams are automatically recorded (toggle on/off in Settings). Recordings are saved to your Squad(s) and include AI transcription and summary for quick evidence review. Shared links also store the recording for non-app viewers.
Dual Camera Mode
Stream and record with front and rear cameras, capturing every angle. 3rd-i Safety Agents can access the stream in real time and share it with law enforcement.
Battery Status Sharing
When connected to a 3rd-i Safety Agent, your battery level is shared in real time. This helps manage the situation—prioritizing communication and ensuring help is dispatched if your phone powers off.
Stream Reminders
Set custom reminders for the days and times you usually go out. You'll get a Lock Screen alert to start streaming in as little as two taps.
Nudging
Send a “nudge” notification to friends that you select to stream to that are not yet in your stream to prompt them to join or nudge them to go live them themselves where they can go live directly for there lock screen. (up to 2 times per session).
Picture-in-Picture (PIP) Mode
Keep streaming or watching even after leaving the app—like FaceTime's floating window—so you can multitask safely. Dual camera in pip mode works too.
